Moves är en av de mest intressanta iPhone-appar jag kört på sistone. Den ligger i bakgrunden och använder gps:en för att registrera var jag är och telefonens accelerometer för att räkna hur många steg jag tar under dagen. Men det finns ett stort problem: Moves drar batteri. I sådan omfattning att jag avinstallerat.
För den som inte bekymrar sig för mycket över den personliga integriteten är det här en intressant nyheter från företaget som utvecklar Moves: Ett öppet api som gör det möjligt att utnyttja datan som appen samlar in.

Att Google gör så här stora utrensningar av dåliga appar ur Google Play hade jag helt missat. Däremot inte att den här typen av gallringar behövs. Det är rätt mycket konstigheter man kan stöta på i Androids appbutik. Rykten finns enligt Techcrunch också om en stor uppdatering av hela Google Play.
